About Me
Jay is part of Team Demrovsky and has almost two decades worth of experience in the real estate industry in the great state of OHIO.
He has been in real estate since 1998 and has helped many clients in buying or selling their homes. He moved to Keller Williams Legacy Group in June of 2013 then partnered up with Amie Demrovsky in October 2013. Together they started Team Demrovsky. Amie and Jay have been very successful as a team. In June 2017, they partnered with Michael Walls to help with the volume of business and together they are always available to assist their clients.
While working with their home buyers, Jay enjoys showing and advising on the purchase of their new home. He offers years of knowledge and sound advice which gives peace of mind knowing you are buying a good home. Jay loves to share in your excitement as he searches for the right home for your needs. He then follows through to the final closing and handing over the keys. On the selling/listing side of real estate, the advice he gives our clients starts before the sale. He advises what needs to be done before listing a home. He works together with our clients to properly stage the home for sale. With his knowledge and our ability to work together, we get the best price for the sale of your property. Our goal is to sell your property – not just list it and hope for the best.
In addition to being involved in real estate, Jay has worked in the automotive service industry for 40+ years as a service manager/parts manager and a service advisor. He is very involved with animal rescue – mostly dogs – along with his wife Dawn who operates DJ’s Paw Rescue. Together they have placed 100’s of dogs through the years. Jay also enjoys collecting Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and Johnny Lightning cars. He only collects cars that look like real cars and mostly American made with some exotic sports cars.
Jay looks forward to meeting you!!! Let Team Demrovsky help you in the buying or selling of your home and discover the Demrovsky Difference!
